    Love it!

I have had a Diva Cup for years and when the plastic started to degrade, I thought I'd try something new. The Diva Cup was great but I hoped something slightly smaller would be more comfortable. So far, this cup is perfect. Due to the shorter length and how the plastic changes shape in heat, I have had less problems with pressure on my bladder, etc. and I am loving it!

Great product but hard to know what size to buy

I love the firmness of the cup and have found that superior to the diva cup. Ordered too small of size though.

It took a couple tries to get it right but when I did I forgot I had it in.

    My first menstrual cup

Posted by Nora on Jul 7th 2019

This is the first menstrual cup I've ever used. I bought it because it was recommended on the Wirecutter. I've used it for several months now and it works great. Easy to insert. Easy to clean. No leaks.
However, they were out of the sapphire ones when I ordered so they gave me pink instead.

I splurged and went for the blue this time and it's great. works for what I need it to and this has been my favorite cup so far. The test really helped me find the right size and shape for me. Love the ring too.

    Ring hold menstrual cup

Posted by Eva on May 24th 2019

I first got a cup with a stem, and it worked reasonably well, but it was a bit smaller than I needed. After three years I decoded to upgrade to the correct size and use a ring hold instead. This is the perfect fit and I am beyond satisfied with the results. I have become a sort of menstrual cup evangelist to friends and family. I think every woman should be using these.

    Best Purchase Ever

I was skeptical like most to try a menstrual cup. But, I was getting sick of the waste and annoyance of pads and the discomfort that comes from tampons. I do not have a super heavy period, only about three to four days long with my heaviest day being the first. This cup has been the greatest product ever. After watching so many video reviews I decided the me luna cup would be best because of the different sizes and stem options. For first time users, I would definitely recommend the ring option. Removal is a breeze and I never get worried about it getting "lost". There is a bit of a learning curve with inserting and removing, but I got the hang of it after my first period with it. I have never experienced leaks of any kind. Only discomfort is sometimes it feels like it "slips" down, but only when I become hyper aware when wearing it. It is easy to get used to. Best decision ever. For sizing, I am 5'3 about 118 pounds, not super active, no children, and got a size M with ring handle.
