(43 reviews) Write a Review

This is a standard height cup for users with average cervix position.

This listing is for 1 menstrual cup of your choice. Your box also contains the instructions, a storage bag and a free cleaning brush.

The firmer Sport cup provides a more secure seal and resists compression by strong pelvic muscles but it can be more challenging to insert and remove.

This menstrual cup is featured in three color choices in the standard height size range -perfect for most users.

The handle is available in three styles:

a small ball - our least noticeable handle style, most comfortable

a ring - most noticeable and easiest to find style for users worried about  not being able to reach their cup easily

a stem - great for beginners, this style is comfortable and easy to find

This listing is for the RING handle style

Your MeLuna will come with the following items:

  • the MeLuna cup of your choice
  • a free cleaning brush for the air holes
  • a free MeLuna microfiber pouch
  • the instruction pamphlet

IMPORTANT: If you would rather have one of the organic pouch options or a zipper bag, you can upgrade your MeLuna bag HERE.

    1st time

imperceptible and much less irritating than a tampon for me. Definitely not the right fit yet but i plan to work on that.

    I like it

I like everything about this product except the removal process. It’s hard to keep hold of the tab to pull it out (maybe I should have gotten the ring option). Otherwise everything else is absolutely lovely. I’m only sorry I didn’t get this sooner.

    Cup Review

Posted by Unknown on Feb 18th 2021

I was very excited to try a new cup after using the Diva cup for almost 8 years. I have used this product one time and already somewhat regret it. The plastic is much firmer than the Diva cup and is very difficult to insert and then even harder to remove. It also pokes inside, if the angle of the ball handle moves. I wanted to love this product, but I think I’ll either go back to the Diva cup or try a different company.

Extremely Easy to Use and Comfortable

Posted by Carolyn Carr on Jan 29th 2021

I am very impressed with this cup. As a first time user, I found it very comfortable and easy to use. I think I ordered the wrong size, unfortunately, but other than that, it's great!

small size is easier to get in

    Posted by N on Jan 22nd 2021

I struggled a lot to get in the standard size Diva Cup, it hurt a ton, enough that I gave up on menstrual cups for a couple years. This smaller size is much better for me. It still takes some practice to get in, and I'm still learning, I've had it for 3 months now. It leaks for me on the first day, but that's probably because it overfills, the later days it does not leak. I combine this with a washable cloth pad to have a totally waste free period :)

    Too big

Difficult to insert, material should be softer and cup should be smaller

Very easy to learn to use

Posted by Olivia on Dec 16th 2020

I'm so happy I switched from disposable menstrual products to MeLuna, and I wish I'd done it sooner. I was a little nervous to try it, but the directions are easy to understand and follow. It took some practice and trial-and-error, but after 2 menstrual cycles, I'd mastered it! It's especially nice when traveling -- I never have to worry about running out of supplies. I feel like this is one small, impactful thing I can do to help the planet.

    First time user

This is my first cup and I ordered the size recommended after taking the quiz. Unfortunately, I found it to be way too big! I’m not sure there’s any way to know, other than an educated guess and trial and error. I will say that I have an iud and for many years haven’t had a period at all, but am now regularly starting to spot, so I don’t require much coverage, just something to work comfortably. I ordered another smaller cup in the shorty version and am excited to try it out. I just learned today though, that MeLuna offers a discount on replacements if you’re not satisfied with your first- so awesome!
