1. Place your clean menstrual cup inside the disinfection cup.

2. Fill with water until your cup floats freely.

3. Loosely place the lid on top—do not seal it tightly, as steam must escape.

4. Microwave on medium power for 3–5 minutes, or until water boils.
   (Consult your microwave manual for wattage settings.)

5. Caution: The cup and contents will be hot! Use oven mitts or let it cool in the microwave before removing.
