It took me a couple tries to get used to the cup, but now that I have it down, I feel like I have my life back during periods! No more stinky tampons or pads; no worries about leakage; and long stretches of day where I’m not having to strategize a bathroom visit. I’m an athlete and I’m especially impressed at the efficacy during serious movement and strain.
Having a manual period tracker that I can keep in my wallet has been so much more helpful than tracking my cycle through and app, or writing it down in my calendar. I like that it's so much more private and compact!
