How to Use

1. Place your clean menstrual cup inside the disinfection cup.

2. Fill with water until your cup floats freely.

3. Loosely place the lid on top—do not seal tightly, as steam must escape.

4. Microwave on medium power for 3–5 minutes, or until the water boils.
   (Consult your microwave manual for wattage settings.)

5. Allow the cup to cool or use oven mitts before removing.

⚠️ Safety Note: The cup and water will be hot after microwaving—handle with care.

Compatibility
