Standard Height MeLuna Cup Size Guide

Most users do best with a standard height cup. If you are new to menstrual cups, this is usually the best place to start.

What MeLuna cup size to choose based on flow and other factors

Standard Height Sizing

Size Small

Often used by younger users or as a teen cup. If choosing Small because of light flow, ensure the diameter creates a proper seal.

Size Medium

Common for users who have not given birth vaginally. Works well for light to moderate flow.

Size Large

Often chosen by users who have given birth vaginally or who need slightly more capacity.

Size XL

Typically used by users with multiple vaginal births or those with very heavy flow.

Fit tip: Diameter determines the seal. If your current cup leaks because the diameter is too narrow, sizing up may help.

Shorty Medium

Used by many who have not given birth vaginally and have a light flow.

Shorty Large

Often chosen by users who have not had more than one vaginal birth or none at all.

Shorty XL

Typically used by users who have had at least one vaginal birth or experience very heavy flow.

Important: Shorty cups should only be used if you have a low cervix. Do not select a Shorty simply because it is small. If your cervix height is average, choose a Standard height MeLuna instead.
