Terms and Conditions
By completing this purchase you agree to the following:
- All coupon codes must be entered during checkout. They can not be applied to orders retroactively.
- Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping time is separate from processing time. Our employees are off on the weekends.
- Your package may include sealed customer appreciation candy. You may opt out, if you wish.
- Cancellations are possible only if they occur before your order has been processed. Cancellations are NOT guaranteed. We do not charge restocking fees on canceled orders, however we incur payment processing fees when you place the order. Your refund on canceled orders may be reduced by the processing fee we incurred, generally around 3%. With cancellations you therefore have the option of either cancel for store credit and receive 100 percent or cancel for money back at 97 percent. You can find the cancellation request here
- If you are informed that your order has been processed and can no longer be canceled you may still return the unopened merchandise for refund of course.
- By default returns are only accepted, if product remains in sealed, unopened packaging. Returns must occur within 60 days of order date.

- If you are purchasing from another country, your country may or may not collect customs fees before releasing your package to you. Since customs rules vary by country your best source for customs information will be the customs agency in your country. No customs fees are collected or forwarded to Meluna USA. Customs fees are solely at the discretion of your country you're shipping to.
