A Milton MINI tablet is sufficient for 100ml disinfectant solution. The MeLuna disinfection cup -available in a separate listing- holds one menstrual cup up to a standard XL and 100ml water so only one tablet is needed if you are using the MeLuna disinfection cup. If you are using a larger vessel with higher volume such as the foldable microwave cup, you may need to use more tablets.

Directions for use:
Wash the items first. Rinse with cold water.
Dissolve 1 tablet in Milton 100ml cold water and immerse the objects completely into the solution. Make sure that no air bubbles on the surface of the objects.
The objects are completely disinfected after 15 minutes and can be used again.
Wash your hands before you take the items out of the solution.
Let the items dry. Rinsing is not necessary.
Replace the solution after 24 hours.
