Easy to Use and Convenient

The MeLuna Foldable Microwave Disinfection Cup is easy to use with clear instructions. The disinfection process is simple and quick, making it a must have for rotation between multiple cups. Like other reviews have mentioned, the cup itself is hot to the touch out of the microwave, so let it cool for a few minutes before handling. The foldable design is great and stores conveniently with all my MeLuna products. 5 stars!

Great for exercise and no wedgies!

I have tried 3 brands of period panties so far, as a backup to my cup on very high flow days. I'm a runner, and sometimes out for 1-5 hours doing heavy activity. So I needed a non-cotton panty that would not chafe. I sized up to a Large from my usual US medium per the sizing chart. They fit very well, staying in place, and great coverage over the rear. I had NO CHAFING on a 6-hour, 23 mile trail run yesterday. I've done several shorter (1-2 hour) runs prior to this as well. So much better than a pad, or bleeding through exercise shorts!
