A menstrual cup cleanser has a pretty simple job: clean your cup thoroughly and rinse away easily. I’m Just Cup Wash! does exactly that.

Most menstrual cup brands recommend washing cups with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser. Finding one can be surprisingly difficult. Many washes marketed specifically for menstrual cups contain citrus ingredients, fragrance, essential oils, or other extras you may not want or need.

So we kept ours simple.

I’m Just Cup Wash! is fragrance free, glycerin free, paraben free, vegan, phthalate free, and made without added dyes. Its mild cleansing ingredients help remove everyday residue from your menstrual cup without adding perfume or essential oils.

Menstrual cups need regular cleaning during your period, but they don’t need perfume. We wanted to offer a straightforward cleanser that follows the common recommendation to use something mild and fragrance-free.

How to Use
