Love it - difficult to insert

I was a Diva Cup user for YEARS, until I got an IUD and stopped menstruating for about 7 years. When my periods re-started, I decided that I'd try something new since the menstrual cup market has expanded exponentially since my DC days. I LOVE that MeLuna offers a low cervix cup option - since this was arguably my biggest issue with the Diva Cup (I had to completely shave off the stem to make it fit). The shorty L seems perfect for me now - it's comfortable, and I've been amazed that I can insert it in the morning during my shower and I'm more or less fine to leave it in for the entirety of my work day without emptying it. HOWEVER. I have had the HARDEST time inserting this thing. I have tried various folds and body positions (I seem to have the most success sitting down) and there is a bit of a "stick it in there and trust it's in place" because I don't experience the "pop" open that I did with Diva Cup, nor do I seem to be able to twist or twirl the MeLuna around to ensure that it's actually sitting below the cervix and doing it's thing. It's really my only complaint and I hope it gets easier with time.
