This is my second pouches of Meluna cops! I bought my first ones 5 years ago. This is my first time using the sport cup and it is so secure. Getting it out is a leaning curve but i love it!

Where have these been all my life? Iâ€™m so happy I tried them. Strongly prefer to period underwear, tampons, and pads. I ordered the original and the sport, each in regular and short, and they all work great. First time Iâ€™ve used menstrual cups and they were so easy to work with, especially because they came with such helpful instructions and tips. May not be the right choice for everyone but for me theyâ€™re a big win, and Iâ€™ll be a customer for the remainder of my menstruating years.

Added this on to my Beginner Menstrual Cup Kit

Because of my body-shape I kept bleeding over the sides of my underwear, especially because my period makes me sweat much more, and I needed a solution. I was so grateful that MeLunaUSA had tutorials, reviews, and literature to read to make sure that I was making the right decision for myself about 1) decreasing the rate of bleed-through; 2) helping me worry less about bleed-through; 3) making sure the products in the kit were made from safe materials; 4) making sure I knew how to use all products in the kit; 5) how it would work with my cycle. I used it on a lighter day just to get the feel for how this could work when I'm on the go or actually at work, and the first time was both a learning experience and quite messy. I was glad that the kit and this add-on came with its own pouch and pipe cleaner for the tiny holes, as well as cetaphil disinfectant. I felt so much better about using these products because I knew what I was getting myself in to and getting out of the products (i.e. how much money I'd save, how little waste I'd generate, etc.). These were comfortable enough for me to insert, not too soft but not too firm, and thank goodness for the ring, because my fingers ended up being quite slippery and it was easier for me to grip with my fingers or nails. At first I tried having the lower part of the cup stick out a little so it would be easier to get later, but it ended up sliding in farther as I sat down. Oh well. Would recommend!
