  1. Thoroughly clean your menstrual cup with mild detergent and water
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of purified water
  3. Place menstrual cup with handle facing up in the device
  4. Put cover on and press button
  5. Be careful the steam will be very hot! Do not move the device while on.
  6. Leave the menstrual cup in the device while it is cooling for 20 minutes
  7. Makes sure not to store any damp cups in airtight containers

Absolutely amazed

I have been struggling with options for my heavy flow cycles since they started over 20 years ago. This morning, I tried the heavy/regular pad and was astonished/happy it worked for over 4 hours without leaking. Now I am trying a super/heavy pad and feel secure wearing it with my period panties for extra protection.

Nice upgrade

The zippered pouch is a nice upgrade to the drawstring bag. Not that there was anything wrong with the drawstring one, but this feels a lot more substantial and secure.
