What It Covers
With this optional coverage, you may request a refund within 90 days of your purchase even if the cup has been opened and tried.

Menstrual cups can take a little practice. The 90-day claim window gives you time to use your cup through several cycles, learn what works for you, and make an informed decision.
If you have questions about fit, leaking, insertion, removal, or comfort, you are always welcome to contact us for help during that time. Troubleshooting is encouraged, but it is not required to make a Money Back Insurance claim.
How It Works
- Submit your claim within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- No physical return is required.
- Cut the cup in half.
- Send a clear photo for confirmation.
- Once approved, the amount paid for the cup will be refunded.
Original shipping charges and the Money Back Insurance fee are not refundable.
When to Add It
Money Back Insurance must be purchased at the same time as the cup it covers.
If you purchase more than one cup and want coverage for each one, add one Money Back Insurance option per cup.
Why Is It Optional?
