Size Calculator

Our size calculator offers a convenient way to estimate the correct size for your new MeLuna Cup!

Over the years we have accumulated input from our customers and have used it here to help assist you in your size selection. Simply enter the corresponding points for each category. By using this info we are able to give you a pretty good estimate of what size may work best for you.

Please note this an estimate only and not a guarantee. All bodies are different.

If in doubt and -especially if you're already wearing a different brand cup- please make use of our live chat option. Knowing how your current cup works for you, can give us a better starting point.

You can also find recommendations on our page on switching brands.

If you have never had sexual intercourse: the size small in standard length may be a good choice for you since it is our narrowest cup. Keep in mind that younger women often have the cervix located higher up. The long stem may be a good option so that you can still reach your cup easily.

If after childbirth your cervix seems too low to accommodate regular length cups: The Large Shorty or XL Shorty may be a great option for you. Shorties have greatly reduced capacity, sizing up is recommended. Consider a small, comfortable handle like the ball handle

If you are unsure whether you should choose a shorty or a standard: If you are able to wear a standard cup without discomfort then a standard cup would be a better choice than a shorty. Shorty cups are great for people who can not wear standard cups but if wearing a standard cup is possible, then a standard cup will fit better.
