How to Use the Stain Remover

1. Fill your MeLuna Disinfection Cup with a small amount of 3% hydrogen peroxide—just enough to submerge your menstrual cup.

2. Place your cup inside, handle down.

3. Let soak for 5–10 minutes.

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before disinfecting with heat or Milton Tabs.

2. Fill with water until the cup floats freely.

3. Loosely place the lid (do not seal completely).

4. Microwave on medium power for 3–5 minutes, or until water boils.

5. Allow to cool before handling.

Cold-Water Disinfection with Milton Mini Tabs

1. Fill the disinfection cup with 75 ml cold water.

2. Add 1 Milton Mini Tab and let it dissolve.

3. Submerge your clean MeLuna cup completely.

4. Wait 15 minutes, then discard the solution.

5. Do not exceed 15 minutes to avoid discoloration.
