💜 MeLuna Low Cervix Menstrual Cup (Ball Handle)
Award-winning comfort and protection — designed specifically for lower cervix anatomy.
If a standard menstrual cup feels too long or uncomfortable, you’re not alone. Many people have a lower-than-average cervix due to anatomy, childbirth, prolapse, or hormonal changes — and using the wrong cup can lead to leaks, discomfort, or a cup that won’t fit properly.
That’s why we created the MeLuna Low Cervix Cup, also known as our “Shorty” cup — with a shorter body designed for a perfect fit, all-day comfort, and leak-free protection.

What Menstrual Cup Size to Choose in Low Cervix Cups?
Shorty cups are sized slightly differently from our Standard Cups.
The Shorty Small is used primarily by users with special circumstances:
Shorty Small is created to accommodate users needing a very narrow AND short cup. This may occur due to scarring from injury, radiation treatment, surgeries, and medical conditions.
Most Shorty users without specific medical concerns are best served with the following options:
Shorty Medium is commonly used by users of all ages who have not given birth vaginally at all and have a light flow
Shorty Large is commonly used by users of all ages who have not given birth vaginally at all or have not had more than one vaginal birth.
Shorty XL is primarily used by users who have had at least one vaginal birth and users who have a very heavy flow.
