First time user

I'm a very lazy person by default. It's why I have always used pads for my periods. I knew for a fact I wouldn't like changing a tampon every few hours during the time my period is heavy. The problem with pads however is leaks. I pretty much always had blood clots with my flow especially during the first few days of it. The pads were just terrible with the blood clots. They didn't absorb all the way and kind of slide off towards the side and back. Messy all around. And I would almost always wake up with leaks in the morning. But with my new cup it's a thing of the past. I still need to change it a bit more in the beginning, but I don't have leaks. It's great not having to worry about leaks anymore. I'm also happy with the steamer this kit comes with. Very easy to use.

Amazing!

I was hesitant to make the switch to menstrual cups from tampons but this kit made it easy! Steamer is nice and easy to use to sterilize your cup. The cup itself went in easily and was pretty smooth coming out (I picked the one with the ring). I am a cup convert!

Impressed with bundle and cup

First time user so I was pleased that I could get this bundle-- I forgot the cetaphil came with it which was a great surprise! The info/sizing for the cups on the website was really helpful and I also did research elsewhere. Overall, impressed with the cup and the brand and educational materials they put out (videos). Still getting used to the cup but I'm glad I went with this brand and cup to begin with.

A great first experience, except for the smell.

This is my first menstrual cup and I have to say that the cup is quite comfortable, easy to use, and works very well. The inclusion of a steamer option is awesome, it leaves me feeling like the cup is next-level clean. The only downside for me is the smell. By the end of my period, the cup itself definitely had an unpleasant odor. Hopefully it dissipates soon as I wouldn't want to carry it in my purse like that.

TIPS for special cleaning problems
To prevent odors always COLD rinse the cup after removal. The smell is caused by protein compounds in the blood. Unpleasant odors usually disappear when you put your well cleaned cup for a few days in a dry, well ventilated place.
