- Clean the menstrual cup before disinfecting it.
- Place the cup inside the microwave sanitizer and add water as directed in the sanitizer instructions.
- Position the lid as directed so steam can escape safely.
- Microwave for 3-5 minutes.
- Allow the container and water to cool before removing them from the microwave.
- Carefully drain the water, then allow the cup to air-dry completely before storing it in the breathable pouch.
Important: The container, water, and steam can be very hot. Follow the included microwave sanitizer instructions and use adult supervision when appropriate.
