Start with pad length and coverage, then choose your preferred top fabric and absorbency. Every product page lists the exact dimensions, so you can compare measurements before ordering.
Petite and Regular refer to the overall length and coverage of the pad, not its absorbency or thickness.
Petite pads are shorter and are a good choice if you prefer a more compact length.
Regular pads are longer and are often preferred by people with fuller figures or anyone who wants additional front-to-back coverage.
Pad thickness comes from absorbency, not from whether the pad is Petite or Regular. The sizing chart below helps you compare lengths and shapes.
The top fabric touches your skin. Choose based on the feel and performance you prefer.
Absorbency determines the internal layers and thickness of the pad. Choose based on your flow or intended use.
Winged pads snap around the underwear gusset to help hold the pad in place. Wingless styles offer a simpler shape and can work well for customers who prefer them with snug-fitting underwear.
Review the individual product description for exact dimensions, absorbency, fabric, and fastening details.
Domino Pads are sewn in Texas and made for customers who want reusable protection with multiple choices in length, absorbency, shape, and top fabric.
Exact measurements appear in each product description so you can compare options before buying.
Use the Cloth Pad Quiz for a starting recommendation, then review the exact measurements and product details before ordering.

I've never used a cup before, but this was such a perfect cup for me. I don't feel it at all, and it fits perfectly under my low cervix. I'm able to play sports with no discomfort, which I always experienced with tampons. It's so easy to place and remove, and lasts me so much longer than ordinary menstrual products. I'm never going back to them!
I honestly cannot believe that I spent almost 20 years menstruating without trying this method. I was so hesitant to buy one because they are quite expensive. One I discovered MeLuna and their fully customizable line of cups, I was ready to take the chance. And I am so happy I did!!! I am telling all of my friends.
I'm sad that these won't be available once they sell out. These are great for working out on your period or even just for mild incontinence. Although they are a bit pricey, I was glad to find something well-made that has been manufactured in the USA.
This pad is a good length for avoiding the discomfort of a "wedgie" I get with shorter pads. I wish it stayed in place a bit better, as sometimes it still slides around if I am active, but the soft minky fabric is great for sleep. I never want to go back to paper pads and I hope they continue to make this in the USA.
I've been using this new cup for a week so far and it's super comfy. I've tried the regular Diva cup and that's way too long when I'm on my period. My previous go-to was a regular Fleurcup, but even that could be too long some days, and the silicone started harboring bacteria after about 8 years. This one is the perfect size for me! It's taken a little getting used to with the stiffer rim, but I get it now. The useable volume seems lower than the other two cups for me, so I need to empty it a bit sooner. I don't have a heavy flow.
