Standard cups are available in four diameters, two firmness levels, and three handle styles, so you can choose width, firmness, and handle separately from cup height.
If other menstrual cups have felt comfortable in length, Standard Height is likely a good place to start. If cups tend to feel too long, sit too low, or cause pressure near the vaginal opening, consider a MeLuna Shorty cup for a low cervix instead.
